My BFF

Oh so happy that my BFF is truly one that will last forever!
It’s Easter, and today, the entire world takes time to celebrate my BFF …but because of this “entire world” is not why I call Him that. The Son of God became Son of Man for me, personally…and for you. If I were the only person on this earth that needed redemption – He would have still chosen to come just for me! I am that special to Him…and so undeserving.
I mean every girl dreams of being a princess and having a prince ride in on a white horse and rescue her, right? That’s what Jesus did for me…the Prince of Peace, rescued me.
Am I grateful…some of the time I am. Do I show it in my actions…some of the time I do…and yet He still loves me…no matter what.
Jesus Christ is my BFF! He’s got my back no matter what. I try to have his back…and sometimes I fail at that miserably but no matter what ~ He still loves me.
…and No Matter What…I will live for Him!

Mercy
It’s Good Friday…a time for the world to stop and do some reflecting…
Mercy and Grace…that about sums up my life. I am who I am today because of Christ and His mercy and grace.
A simple “thank you” doesn’t seem to be enough to say to my God for sending His only son to be my redeemer.
…and the part that really blows me away is that I don’t deserve a second, third…or tenth chance. But my Jesus chose to come to this earth knowing full well about the pain and suffering He would go through …for me …and you – for the redemption of our sin.
Jesus Rocks…and He totally rocked my world when He became my savior. He’d love to become your’s too.

I am a Christ follower, Married for 26 years to my Michael. He and I are total opposites which proves to be an adventure every single day! I have a 23 year old daughter who is a newlywed and we love, love, love our Son-In-Law, a bff that lives way too far away, and 2 fabulous dogs that we spoil way too much.
