It’s Super Spa Saturday!
It’s also a crazy busy holiday weekend. But in the midst of a crazy busy weekend…there is time for a quick little minute of spa time…really there is.
This is my fav “mom” Fashionista blogger, Audrey McClelland…and when you watch you’ll see – she could really use a break – but in the midst of a house full of rowdy little guys…she has come up with a quick and easy way to fit a little luxury spa time in!
Watch, smile, and try it. It’s fabulous…you just need a bowl, a microwave, and some lotion.

Saturday Super Spa ~ Coffee Scrub

This girl definitely loves a great cup of coffee…and I’m right in the middle of a bold coffee journey right now.
What is so fabulous about coffee…the aroma. Even if you don’t drink coffee there is something about that distinct flavor in the air when brewing that energizing cup of joe.
So…what better time than Super Spa Saturday morning than to make an aromatic Brown Sugar Coffee Scrub? I mean Spring is in the air and it’s time for flip-flops and strappy sandals and no girl wants to be caught with rough winter feet. The sleeves go shorter and who wants nasty dry elbows…not this girl, that’s for sure.

This brown sugar coffee scrub is made with items already in the kitchen right now…Fresh coffee grinds from this morning, brown sugar, salt, olive oil, and maybe a teaspoon of vanilla and possibly a little cinnamon. Get a wide mouth jar and then make the scrub while watching this do-it-yourself video.
I mean a pampering, caffeinated body scrub that has major aroma therapy going on…and I don’t even have to spend extra cash on the ingredients! Slathering it on those rough heels, those scratchy elbows and getting ready to feel soft and girly and ready for Spring.
So wake up – it’s Super Spa Saturday and time for a serious brown sugar coffee scrub!
